One of Taro's co-workers gave AJ this yukata.  He didn't want to try it on for a long time, but we finally convinced him.  He said he was going to show us some cool kung fu moves.  HA.

I'm gonna add three more pictures to this month.  Somehow I forgot about these fun pictures from April Fool's Day.  I made candy sushi for dinner (rather dessert) and gave AJ "juice" in a cup with a straw.  It was actually red jello.

He saw something looked fishy and still tried to take a drink. HAHAHA!

12 Days of Christmas

I've taken so many pictures of the kids this year.  I've been practicing to shoot in manual.  So naturally I took a lot of pictures of the kids.  Shocking, I know.  So in honor of the twelve days of Christmas.  Here are 12 pictures you probably haven't seen yet this year.  One for each month of the year.  Now, I'm not saying these are all shot in manual.  Some are from my trusty point and shoot camera, which is practically an antique already.    

Day One (January)

Confession:  Wish I could remember more from my photography class in college.  Instead, all I remember is how to process the film.  Yes, I said film.  I'm THAT old.

Halloween

Yes, I realize it's almost Christmas and I am just now posting Halloween pics.  Somehow, I completely forgot to even download these off my camera.  We went to the church Trunk or Treat party, and I didn't even take ONE picture there.  Must have been all the excitement.  Taro dressed up as Thor, I dressed up as Wonder Woman with diy red duct tape boots.  It was a super hero theme.  I took these a few days later.

 

AJ's cape started blowing in the wind, and he thought it was awesome!

Pumpkin Patch

 

We finally made it to the Pumpkin Patch on AJ's birthday.  That is what he wanted to do that day.  That followed by lunch at Pizza Plus!  OK!  I'll take it!

Apparently, Nate changed his mind and wanted THAT one!  So we got both!

AJ wanted a robot pumpkin, which Taro drew and cut out.  Of course.  Isn't it awesome??!!It's a father and his robot son according to AJ and the designer.

 

I, on the other hand, opted for an easy design.
