About Me

I am a stay at home mom who loves crafts, scrapbooking, baking, surfing the web, and chasing my kids around. I just realized the house is NEVER going to be clean again. I have an amazing husband who is patient, loving and who cooks and cleans. We've been married for over ten years now. This is our life.

More Tummy Time

AJ is getting really good at rolling around now. He even seems to enjoy tummy time (sometimes).

Naptime

This is new this week. I put him in his crib on his back and he turns into this position. Which happens to be exactly how I sleep every night--on my side partially on my stomach with one knee up. In the morning I find him all the way on his tummy.

Any Resemblance?

Look at the baby's hair...it won't lay down and it sticks straight up all the time. It is so funny. Taro says he looks like Alton Brown. HA! HA!

A week without Daddy

Taro is out of town this week at a class. So it's just me and the babe. It is only day one and we miss him like crazy already. We made some videos for him (and for you reading this too)!

Real food

Well it's been over a week since we started AJ on rice cereal. So we decided to start him on some veggies this week. Green beans. Fresh beans pureed in the magic bullet (Thanks Grandma Nori.) He really liked it!

Thought it might be a good idea for a bath afterwards. He really liked that too. Look at that tushie! lol.

Virginia Visit

We had sooo much fun in Virginia visiting my parents. All my sisters were there too. It was my first Mother's Day and it was great!!

First High Chair

We weren't sure how well little AJ would sit up in the high chair. But Mom found him a high chair at a yard sale for $5. So we tried it out while we were in VA. He did soooo good! It was so cute. Guess it's time to get one for home too.

You'll have to excuse the blue painters tape in the background... we were in the middle of painting my parents kitchen and replacing the tile floor.
