Museum Visit

Eleven Months

These are pretty horrible pictures, but I am afraid it's the best I could get.  Nate hates to lay on his back so getting him to sit still is nearly impossible.  My dress is in the pictures and I cut off his legs and the sign.  Ohh well. You should see the ones I didn't pick to post.  HA HA.  One day I will show you all the outtakes.

Taro finished putting the playset up Saturday afternoon, and at 7 AM on Sunday AJ already snuck outside so he could play on it.  HA HA!  You may think this is a playset, but AJ has actually decided it's a Pirate Ship.  There is a steering wheel and a telescope on the deck.  I can hear him screaming "Arrr!!!" and "Land ho!"  or "Arrrr, matey".  He is the captain and we are apparently his crew.  This morning while he was steering the "ship", I actually heard him say  "According to my calculations, we are way off course!"   HA HA HA.  He is SOOOO his father's son.

In the Backyard

 

 

 

 We've been hanging out in the backyard a`lot lately.  The weather has been so nice.  Taro built two garden boxes on the deck where we will plant some veggies.  We also transferred some plants to make way for a new swingset.  We had a big palm tree growing wild (crazy right?) just next to one of our others trees.  We tried replanting it but it died.  I'm okay with that because it was`kinda ugly. 

 

My peach tree is doing so well.  Can't wait to try one.

Splish Splash

Last weekend was SOOOO hot.  In the 90s.  We took out the kiddie pool for the first time this year.  The boys had so much fun splashing around.
